Terms and Conditions

1. General

These Terms and Conditions apply to all purchases made through the Cartogeo webshop. By placing an order, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

2. Products

Cartogeo sells printed and digital (PDF) maps. Digital files are delivered via download link after payment. Printed maps are shipped to the address provided by the customer.

3. Prices and Payment

All prices are in EUR, including VAT where applicable. Payment must be made in full at the time of purchase through the available payment methods on the webshop.​

4. Delivery

• Digital products (PDF maps) are available for download after payment.​
• Printed maps are dispatched within 3 business days after payment. Delivery times may vary based on location and postal services.

5. No Returns, No Refunds

Due to the nature of our products, all sales are final.

We do not accept returns, exchanges, or cancellations once the order is placed.

6. Intellectual Property

All maps and designs sold by Cartogeo are protected by copyright. Purchase grants the buyer a personal, non-transferable license to use the product.

Sharing digital files (PDFs) with others, uploading them online, or distributing them in any way is strictly prohibited and is considered theft. Legal action may be taken against unauthorized distribution.

7. Liability

Cartogeo is not liable for any damages resulting from the use of its products. We are not responsible for postal delays, lost shipments, or download issues beyond our control.

8. Governing Law

Les présentes conditions sont régies par le droit belge. Tout litige relatif à un achat ou à l'utilisation de la boutique sera soumis exclusivement aux tribunaux de commerce.
